Ahmad Fasting Camp

Dear fren on fasting: How do you feel this few days? Hungry, feel weak or regret?!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont worry, It is always a lesson behind. Either you get it or not. OK, my last call to all of u, pls dont forget to come to fasting. And some more, pls bring:- 1. 5L drinking water if you dont trust water inthe chalet. That is for your personal consumption. For preparing "ming tang", the water will be treated by Bio Disc and Kai li Zhi. 2. An empty 500ml mineral water bottle . Pls bring it otherwise you will find yourself in trouble. 3. If you think you will be starving this 48 hours, then you may bring some green apple or carrot for juicing(bring your own knife too). I will bring my manual juicer along. If you really want to use it, why not? But you need to do it on your own-lah. Anyway, i bet most of u wont need it. For those who want to do colon cleansing, pls bring 2 empty 1.5L mineral water bottle. Ok. See you on Saturday.

Dear all: Let me know if you have any problems on this two attachments. We are on the move. Start prepare for fasting from today onward. Be simple and cool. Just relax... This time we got 35 participants in total. 6 of them are from KL. See u. Ahmad.

Take note that the extra charges for 2 persons chalet will be RM50 per head and not RM40. The chalet operator just updated me with the price. Anyway for 4 persons chalet the fee for camp will remain to be same. Until today, they are 20 participants confirm that they are coming to this camp. So 6 or more to go. Are u coming? Next week i will go down to bukit hijau personally to view the condition of the chalet. Will decide then on how many wooden chalet and cement chalet to take. New update will be posted next week. We got total 16 participants already confirmed with me. So the total number now is 20+。Include 2 organizers, 2 health tutors plus organizer daughter. Got 10 more to go......
